feature continuous operation without need to defrost in conventional system, ice layer builds up on the evaporator coil, affecting chamber air-flow circulation and energy transfer. therefore, system must be de-frosted and down time on the equipment. for this th system, the ice layer/front thickness will not increase after a certain thickness (about 2cm) when equilibrium is achieved between ice deposition and removal by air-flow. operator does not have to defrost during operation or at regular intervals.   temperature and humidity control graph uniform temperature and humidity tangent blow fan ensures good air circulation which maintains uniform temperature and humidity in chamber. once user opens door, heater and tangent flow fan stop automatically. this prevents sudden temperature and humidity change inside chamber resulting from air inflow from outside environment.   ergonomic design modern design using cad-cam touch screen type monitor vicelock type door catch board and transparent viewing window cartridge type water feeding reservoir top ventilation computer interface   safety devices 1. once over-temperature limiter activates, supply power is blocked and the unit stops with audible alarm function.  after checking causes of malfunction, user must restart the unit manually. 2. when the humidifying water in cartridge reservoir goes down below certain level, buzzer alarm notifies user. additionally, when water in supplementary water-level safety device is low, supply power is cut off and unit stops with audible alarm. 3. when door opens and time lapses for 1 minute, alarm notifies user. if 1 minute lapses after alarming, unit stops automatically. 4. when short-circuit or over-current happens, supply power is cut off and stops automatically.

touch screen type monitor convenient user-interface, easily accessible touch screen with graphic displays. error diagnostic feature.     vice action door and one mold door trim triple air-tight sealing with vicelock type door catch to fasten door to the body tightly. foamed silicon packing to prevent air in-flow to the chamber and air out-flow from the chamber. plastic 1-piece moulding entrance to fasten door and entrance of chamber.     viewing window double fold glass with membrane heater and three(3) wave fluorescent lamp to prevent fogging and maintain sample natural color.       cartridge type water tank large 10l capacity cartridge water reservoir feeds humidifying water into chamber easily and conveniently. water purifier can keep supplying clean water into chamber without water refilling. in addition, two sensors provide double safety system. buzzer alarm and then, supply power cut off.     ventilation the heat from the refrigerator is expelled vertically through a top-mounted exhaust port, thereby space-saving advantage. heat can be easily extracted by overhanging duct.     cable port provision is made to allow for equipment or sensor cables installation/in-sertion if needed.   computer interface by using rs485 interface, single computer can control and monitor up to 16 temperature and humidity chambers. this provides for possibility of local control and collection and storage of valued data.
